LOL. I'm definitely one of those guys that over complicates things. Six weeks to get one site up? Try 3 months? Yes, it has literally taken me that long to get even the framework of a site up because I analyze everything to death! The challenge for folks like me is breaking free of that habit. Plus the resale value of the site should be $600-$1000 if you can demonstrate regular income. You also find that after a certain time the Google gods sometimes smile on your site and you'll suddenly jump up to $10 a day. I had a suduko site that for no reason I know went to #1 in google for 2 weeks my $1 a day income suddently shot to over $100 a day for 2 weeks. I'm also rubbish at taking the long term view - if something will only return a few dollars a day, often it's not enough of an incentive for me to go and do the work, even though it might continue to give me a couple of dollars a day on autopilot for a long time...
