You really would be suprised at the quality of person available to to work in your local neighbourhood. This way you can train them up in your methods and you are on hand if they run into a problem. You totally nailed it for me with your post.I have like you previously, been contemplating outsourcing for a long time. However i have been living with same deluded mindset that no one could do my job as well as i could.Whilst im more than aware of E-Lance etc my other main issue is finding someone i trust to carry out work so i would welcome any further input you may have on that.
